Verdelho is a distinctive wine that displays rich tropical fruit aromas hinting at lychees and paw paw. The palate has fresh mouth filling fruit and the acidity is well balanced by a little residual sweetness. The wine is excellent for drinking now but will develop in complexity with bottle age.

2005 Chardonnay

2005 Shiraz

This rich mouth filling Hunter Chardonnay displays concentrated stone fruit aromas followed by a generous palate hinting at peaches & melons. Subtle Oak provides a creamy vanilla finish. The wine is excellent for drinking now. However, with bottle age it will develop subtle complexity.
