Wine Club Membership Application
Thank you for your interest in joining Mount View Estate’s exclusive Wine Club. In applying for Wine Club membership, you acknowledge that you are committing to maintaining your membership for a minimum of 12 months (2 sampler packs).
To sign up to our Wine Club, please complete the application form below and click “Submit”. Please ensure you have read the Wine Club Terms and Conditions prior to submitting your application. Mount View Estate will then contact you directly to obtain your credit card details and answer any remaining questions you may have about the Wine Club.
Once we have processed your application, we will send you a confirmation email advising of your Member Logon details. Thereafter you will be able to use these logon details to visit the “Members Only” area of our website and to purchase wines at “members only” prices in our secure, online store.
We will only charge your credit card upon shipment of your first Wine Club pack. Similarly, for subsequent shipments, your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping. You will be notified in advance of the impending arrival of a Wine Club pack whereupon you can advise Mount View Estate of any changes to your contact, credit card or preference details.
