2014 Reserve Shiraz
100% Shiraz from a stellar year. This elegant Shiraz was produced from our Estate and blended from our Middle and Back Slope Shiraz vineyards. Handpicked at 13.7 Be, crushed, destemmed, and chilled for a 2-day cold soak before inoculation. A warm, steady primary fermentation ensued in open fermenters, then pressed and allowed to finish co-fermentation in tank. 9 months in a mix of barriques and hogsheads, 18% new French oak.
