100% Shiraz, blended from our top blocks of Shiraz from a wonderful vintage. It was determined in this vintage to craft an exceptional estate range Shiraz from all our available fruit, as our previous stocks of this beloved estate favourite were dwindling. Crushed, destemmed and chilled for a short cold soak to allow development of colour and flavour. Racked into a mix of new, one year old and older French oak for maturation over 8 months. 38% new oak in final blend.
