2019 Reserve Semillon
100% Semillon from a solid vintage, grown on the flats of our Estate. Handpicked in very good condition at 11Be, whole bunch pressed and free run kept separate for this wine exclusively. Cold settled in tank, racked and inoculated for a cool, steady fermentation. Sulphured once completed and left on yeast lees to build complexity for 5 months. Heat/cold stabilised and filtered to bottle.
